Dum Event delivered a 132 m² Bespoke exhibition stand for Regnum Hotels at ITB Berlin. The project continued the brand’s open-lobby approach through a warm hospitality environment supported by complete on-site operations, kitchen and storage facilities.

The Brief

The stand needed to express the atmosphere of Regnum Hotels without enclosed meeting rooms. It also had to combine high-impact destination content with multiple informal hospitality settings and the back-of-house facilities required for continuous service during the exhibition.

Our Approach

A large LED media wall established a strong visual anchor, while curved timber surfaces, darker feature walls, integrated lighting and extensive planting created a warm and distinctive architectural identity. Bar-height tables, lounge seating and open circulation supported informal engagement throughout the stand.

Key Features

Production and Delivery

Dum Event managed the entire programme, including design, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics, LED integration, logistics, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling.

Outcome

The completed stand created a recognisable Regnum Hotels environment that combined open visitor engagement with the operational infrastructure required to deliver hospitality throughout ITB Berlin.
