1 / 4

Dum Event delivered a 115 m² Bespoke exhibition stand for Regnum Hotels at ITB Berlin. Built around an open-lobby concept, the space used hospitality-focused planning and distinctive ceiling architecture to translate the hotel brand into the exhibition hall.

The Brief

The stand needed to welcome visitors through an open, informal hospitality layout without enclosed meeting rooms. Brand visibility, digital destination content and comfortable conversation settings all had to be balanced within the 115 m² footprint.

Our Approach

An illuminated sculptural ceiling provided a recognisable architectural signature. Warm timber finishes, a dark stone reception counter, integrated digital media and a mix of lounge and bar-height seating created a layered but open visitor environment.

Key Features

Production and Delivery

Dum Event managed every stage, including design development, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics, digital display integration, logistics, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling.

Outcome

The stand created a welcoming Regnum Hotels environment designed for informal industry conversations and hospitality within the open exhibition setting of ITB Berlin.
