What We Do

Exhibition and Event Services.

Three areas, one team and one project manager who stays with you from the first meeting to the last panel off the floor. You do not have to take all of it. Every scope is set by its own brief and its own budget, so the work can be the whole thing or the one part you are missing.

Exhibition Stand Design and Build

This is the majority of our work and the whole of our current portfolio. A stand has to be right on one specific morning, in a hall you do not control, under rules written by somebody else. Everything below exists to make that morning uneventful.

We work from what the show has to achieve for you rather than from the square metres you have booked. Area does not decide function; your objective does. A 150 m² stand may need no meeting room at all, and a 50 m² stand may need a closed one.

Two ways in, one destination. Bring us a brief and we design it, or bring a design you already own and we make it buildable and get it approved. Both routes end with a stand standing on time.

What the Scope Covers

  • Discovery and brief
  • Budget alignment
  • Design, or adaptation of your existing design
  • Technical development
  • Organiser and venue management
  • Production
  • Graphics and integration
  • Installation
  • Handover before you arrive
  • Technical support through the show
  • Dismantling
  • Storage and reuse where it applies

Bespoke Stands

Custom wooden construction built around the design rather than fitted to a frame grid. Double-deck structures, island builds and national pavilions, made to measure for the drawing you approved.

DUM FLEX

Our modular approach, built on a reusable frame system with seamless SEG fabric graphics, and hybrid where the design calls for it. Suited to recurring show programmes and to shorter build windows.

Event Management and Production

Management is the smallest part of what this covers. Your event gets a concept, a decor design that we build rather than hand to a subcontractor, a production plan and a space laid out from a blank floor plan to the last chair. If you already have a concept, we plan the space and the build around it.

We deliver conferences, product launches, brand activations and meetings, and corporate in-house events, with the same project management and site discipline that runs our exhibition builds.

You do not have to buy the whole scope. An event can be ours from end to end, or we can carry the one piece you are missing. Each event is scoped through its own brief and budget, and where the brief needs it, venue finding is handled inside that scope.

LED screens and AV, from our own stock. Hired on their own or as part of your event, always delivered, installed and supported by our team. AV production is planned with the design rather than bolted on at the end.

What the Scope Covers

  • Event management
  • Concept development
  • Event design
  • Decor design and build
  • Event production
  • Event operations
  • AV production planning
  • LED screen and AV hire
  • Conferences
  • Product launches
  • Brand activations and meetings
  • Corporate in-house events
  • Festivals
  • Temporary structures and tent hire
  • Venue finding, within the event scope
  • Guest experience development

Event Hospitality

Hospitality is not a separate business for us. It is the part of the job that decides how your guests are treated once the structure is standing, and it is folded into a stand or an event where the guest experience needs it.

On a stand it might be coffee that does not run out at eleven on the first morning and someone on the door who knows which visitors you are waiting for. At an event it might be registration, catering and getting people from a hotel to a venue on time.

At the exhibition, you are our guest. That is the standard the rest of this is measured against, and it applies to your visitors as much as to you.

What the Scope Covers

  • Catering, food and beverage
  • Event staffing
  • Meet-and-greet personnel
  • Registration personnel
  • Event-specific transfers
  • Integration into a stand or event build

Scope is confirmed per project and per venue. Tell us the guest numbers and the hours and we will tell you what is realistic.
