1 / 8

Dum Event designed, produced and operated one Bespoke touring stand for ATG Hospitality across three German consumer events in: REISEN & CARAVANING Hamburg, CMT Stuttgart and f.re.e Munich. The series connected the group’s hotel brands directly with regional travel and leisure audiences.

The Brief

ATG Hospitality needed one recognisable environment that could be installed across three different venues while maintaining a consistent brand presence. Unlike trade-only tourism exhibitions, these city fairs brought tourism, food, caravanning, motorcycles and leisure brands together with local consumers.

Our Approach

A compact architectural system combined a strong illuminated reception, large digital content, vertical lighting elements and planted surfaces. The shared design remained consistent across Hamburg, Stuttgart and Munich, while touring logistics and venue coordination were managed for each installation.

Key Features

Production and Delivery

Dum Event managed the complete touring programme, including design, technical adaptation, production, graphics and digital content integration, logistics between cities, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling at each venue.

Outcome

The touring format gave ATG Hospitality one consistent physical identity across three regional consumer markets while adapting the operational programme to each venue and event.
