For Farnborough International Airshow, Dum Event delivered a 275 m² double-decker Bespoke chalet for Turkish Airlines. More than an exhibition stand, the project was developed as a fully serviced hospitality environment, bringing branded guest spaces together with the operational infrastructure required to support them throughout the show.
The brief called for a two-storey chalet that could represent Turkish Airlines while operating as a complete hospitality environment. Alongside reception, meeting and dining areas, the project needed to accommodate essential back-of-house functions including kitchens, toilets, storage and air-conditioning infrastructure within a coherent 275 m² design.
The Bespoke construction approach allowed the chalet to be developed around its architectural, hospitality and technical requirements. Warm timber surfaces, integrated linear lighting and controlled Turkish Airlines branding created a refined environment without overwhelming the space. P1.8 LED screens were incorporated into the guest experience, while the operational facilities and climate-control infrastructure were coordinated as part of the overall build.
Dum Event managed the project end to end, including brief development, design, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics, AV integration, logistics, installation, on-site project management and dismantling. This single point of responsibility allowed the architectural build, guest-facing areas and operational services to be coordinated as one delivery programme.
The completed chalet provided Turkish Airlines with a fully serviced, brand-led environment for hosting guests at Farnborough International Airshow.
