Dum Event delivered a 270 m² double-decker Bespoke pavilion for Emlak Konut at Cityscape Global in Riyadh. The shared environment brought 12 construction companies from Türkiye together within a unified architectural and visual framework.
The pavilion needed to establish a strong collective presence for Emlak Konut and 12 participating Turkish construction companies. It also had to support different modes of engagement, from public project presentations and model displays to hospitality and private business meetings.
The double-decker structure used the available footprint vertically, separating high-visibility visitor functions from more private meeting areas. Large-format LED screens and illuminated brand elements strengthened visibility across the hall, while dedicated model displays gave participating companies clear presentation points within the shared space.
Dum Event managed the project end to end, including design development, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics, LED integration, logistics, installation, on-site project management and dismantling.
The pavilion presented Emlak Konut and the participating companies as one coherent Turkish real estate presence while providing individual platforms for project communication, hospitality and business meetings.
