REISEN & CARAVANING Hamburg: four days, four holiday brands
REISEN & CARAVANING Hamburg is not one show but four specialist fairs staged together under Northern Germany's largest holiday-fair umbrella: travel, caravanning, cycling and culinary travel. That range shapes what a stand needs to say to a browsing family before they have read a single graphic.
Reisen, Caravaning, Rad and GenussReise, one hall complex
The show groups four specialist fairs under one roof: REISEN HAMBURG for destinations and tour operators, CARAVANING HAMBURG for motorhomes and camping gear, RAD HAMBURG for cycling holidays, and GenussReise for culinary travel. The 2027 edition runs 4–7 February at Hamburg Messe, halls B1 to B4, B5, B6 and B7.
Around 800 exhibitors, one holiday-minded public
Hamburg's own tourism board puts REISEN & CARAVANING Hamburg at around 800 national and international exhibitors on the Hamburg Messe grounds, open to the paying public rather than restricted to trade buyers. It is run by Landesmesse Stuttgart, the same organiser behind CMT Stuttgart, in partnership with Hamburg Messe und Congress.
A domestic-holiday habit, not just far-flung destinations
Alongside exotic-destination stands, a running theme at REISEN & CARAVANING is Germany's own holiday regions: exhibitors present everything from Bavarian culinary trails to Alpine breaks closer to home. A stand built for this hall has to work as hard for a domestic-tourism board or a hospitality brand as it does for an international one.
Why this stand also plays Stuttgart and Munich
ATG Hospitality did not need a Hamburg-only stand. It needed one hospitality environment that would hold up at three consumer fairs in three German cities in the same season.
Built once, staffed and rebuilt three times
We designed a 20 m² Bespoke stand around an illuminated reception, large digital content, vertical lighting elements and planted surfaces, then installed the same stand at REISEN & CARAVANING Hamburg and its two sister consumer fairs, CMT Stuttgart and f.re.e Munich. Presenting to a Hamburg audience without a German office
A brand does not need a Hamburg base to show at REISEN & CARAVANING. Brief, design and stand management can run from the UK, with the build and installation handled on the ground in Hamburg.
Brief and design run remotely, on calls scheduled around your hours, with any organiser paperwork translated where REISEN & CARAVANING requires it. Installation, staffing support and dismantling are managed on site in Hamburg by Dum Event. If the same stand also books into CMT Stuttgart, f.re.e Munich or another German city fair in the same season, we plan the touring schedule and the logistics between venues as one project, not separate bookings.
