One show, three venues: Amsterdam now, London in 2028
MRO Europe does not sit in one city. The organiser, Aviation Week Network, runs it between three European destinations, and the venue for the edition you are booking into is the first thing to check before anything else is planned.
2026 and 2027: RAI Amsterdam
The 2026 edition runs at RAI Amsterdam, with the conference on 27–28 October and the exhibition open 28–29 October 2026. The organiser has the 2027 edition booked into Amsterdam again, 19–21 October 2027. Two editions running, two years in the Netherlands.
2028: back to London
The organiser's published future dates put the 2028 edition in London, UK, on 2–4 October. We say this plainly rather than write around it: if you are planning for 2026 or 2027, your stand is going to Amsterdam, not London.
What moves with the show, and what doesn't
Your brief, your design and your project management run from London, the same as every project we take on. Production for an Amsterdam build runs through the part of our workshop network that sits closest to the venue rather than shipping a finished stand across the North Sea, the same approach we use for any exhibitor asking us to build outside the UK. A double-decker built for a compact plot
Turkish Technic came to us with a familiar aviation-aftermarket problem: a limited floor area that had to carry an open exhibition presence and host private business conversations at the same time.
Going up, not out
At 55 m² there was no room to separate the two functions on one level, so the stand went to two: an open ground floor that kept the exhibition presence visible and welcoming from the aisle, and a private upper deck for the meetings a technical, procurement-led show like this generates. The double-decker structure doubled the usable space without touching the footprint.
Identity you can read from the aisle
The surfaces were custom-painted in Turkish Technic's red, grey and white, carrying the brand's corporate identity into the architecture rather than onto a printed graphic panel. At the centre of the stand, an LED propeller display gave the design a moving focal point, the kind of detail that catches a technical visitor's eye on a floor full of static component displays.
One team, start to finish
We ran design, technical and venue coordination, bespoke production, the custom painting, graphics and AV integration, logistics, installation, on-site management and dismantling as one project. For an aviation aftermarket exhibitor flying components and staff in for two show days, having one team accountable for all of it is usually the point.
Who a stand at MRO Europe is actually built for
MRO Europe pairs a senior-level conference with a two-day exhibition, and the organiser's own figures describe a narrow, high-value audience rather than a broad public trade-show crowd.
Airlines, lessors, MROs, OEMs and their suppliers
The 2025 edition drew 11,331 unique visitors, 630 exhibitors and representation from 90 countries, and the organiser's outlook for 2026 is similar: 11,500+ attendees and 630+ solution providers. The audience is the commercial aviation aftermarket supply chain end to end: airline maintenance buyers, lessors, MRO providers, OEMs and their component and service suppliers, people evaluating parts, tooling and services rather than browsing.
A stand that carries a technical conversation
That audience wants to see the component, ask a technical question and, often, talk numbers in a space that isn't the open aisle. We design MRO Europe stands with a visible product or display area at the front and a meeting or hospitality space built in behind or above it, sized to the plot rather than added as an afterthought.
A two-day exhibition inside a longer conference
The exhibition floor is open for two days, but the show around it runs longer, and the organiser's own sustainability programme applies to every raw-space stand on it.
MRO Europe is built as a senior-level conference with the exhibition running inside it. For 2026 the conference opens a day before the show floor and closes the day the exhibition opens, so exhibitors and their stands are on site while sessions are still running, then carry the full two days of open exhibition. We plan build-up and the crew schedule around that longer on-site window rather than treating it as a straight two-day show. The organiser also runs a Better Stands programme that asks every raw-space stand to reach at least a bronze level of reusable or recyclable construction rather than a disposable build, which sits comfortably with how we already build: in custom wooden construction engineered to be reused, or on our DUM FLEX™ frame, which returns to our stock between shows.

When and where is MRO Europe 2026?
RAI Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The conference runs 27–28 October 2026 and the exhibition is open 28–29 October 2026. Dates and venue are published by the organiser, Aviation Week Network, on mroeurope.aviationweek.com.
Is MRO Europe always in Amsterdam?
No. The show moves between three European cities. The 2026 and 2027 editions are both at RAI Amsterdam (19–21 October 2027 for the latter); the organiser's published future dates put the 2028 edition in London, UK, on 2–4 October. We design to the venue confirmed for the edition you are booked into.
