Exhibition Stand Builder for Top Drawer
Top Drawer is a curated, design-led trade show at Olympia London, with every brand selected before it is allowed to exhibit. The next edition, Top Drawer S/S27, runs 10–12 January 2027 in the Grand Hall. We build exhibition stands for Olympia around the venue's own rules: nothing fixed to the listed fabric, rigging through one named contractor. We work in custom wooden construction or on our DUM FLEX™ frame. Our most recent project in that hall is a 450 m² DUM FLEX™ pavilion for the Turkish national startup delegation at London Tech Week.
Get a quote →Every brand on the floor was selected to be there
Top Drawer is not an open-entry trade show. The organiser curates every applicant across Fashion, Gift, Greetings, Play, Wellbeing and Home before a stand is confirmed, which changes what a stand needs to carry.
A small footprint that has to read as a brand
Boutique stand sizes are the norm here, not an exception to design around. On a tight footprint, the brand identity, the product merchandising and the walk-in sightline have to do more work per square metre than on a larger industrial-sector stand, so we design the layout and the graphics together from the first sketch rather than fitting a brand onto a generic shell.
Buyers who walk slowly and look closely
A design-led buyer audience spends longer at a stand that rewards a closer look: finish, materials and how the product is actually displayed matter more here than a loud headline fascia. We build to that pace: clean joinery or a precise DUM FLEX™ frame, with the product itself as the focal point.
Top Drawer runs twice a year, and one stand can cover both
The show splits into two seasonal editions, Autumn/Winter in September and Spring/Summer in January, both in the Grand Hall at Olympia London.
Building once for two shows
A DUM FLEX™ frame built for the January edition comes apart cleanly, stores flat and goes back up for September with a refreshed graphics wrap, rather than being rebuilt from scratch each time. Over two editions a year, that reuse shows up in the cost, not only the convenience.
Refreshing the brand without rebuilding the structure
Product ranges change between editions even when the stand footprint does not. We treat the frame and the graphics as separate layers for exactly that reason: the structure is booked once, the new season's artwork and product fixtures go on top of it.
From a Launchpad stand to a full presence on the main floor
The organiser's own figures put the buying power on the floor at a combined £52bn, with a median buyer budget of £73K and 60% of buyers independent retailers (topdrawer.co.uk).
A brand that starts in the Launchpad section for new exhibitors and grows into a full stand on the main floor needs its build to grow with it: a larger footprint, more wall for the same brand system, without starting the design conversation over. We design the first Launchpad stand with that next step already in mind, on the same DUM FLEX™ components where it makes sense.
Talk to us about Top Drawer →Olympia's Grand Hall sets the rules, whichever show is on
Top Drawer runs in the same Grand Hall as the rest of Olympia London's calendar, so the venue's own constraints apply before any show-specific detail does.
A listed hall that nothing gets fixed to
The Grand Hall is Grade II* listed, so nothing is fixed to the fabric and rigging runs through Outback Rigging, the venue's sole contractor. Every vehicle arrives on a pre-booked Voyage Control slot, with a 4.4 m height limit on the access route in. These are the same rules we design to on every Olympia project.
A 450 m² build in the same hall
Our most recent work at Olympia is a 450 m² DUM FLEX™ pavilion for the Turkish national startup delegation at London Tech Week, holding 55 companies. It is a larger brief than a typical Top Drawer stand, but the hall rules, the rigging process and the loading-bay logistics it taught us carry across every show in that building.
Exhibiting at Top Drawer: the questions we get asked
When and where is the next Top Drawer?
Top Drawer S/S27 runs 10–12 January 2027 in the Grand Hall at Olympia London. The show runs twice a year, with an Autumn/Winter edition in September; dates for each edition are published by the organiser at topdrawer.co.uk.
What is Top Drawer?
Top Drawer is a curated, design-led UK trade show for retail buyers, covering Fashion, Gift, Greetings, Play, Wellbeing and Home, plus a Launchpad section for new brands. Every exhibitor is selected by the organiser before being accepted.
Have you built exhibition stands at Olympia London before?
Yes. Our most recent project there is a 450 m² DUM FLEX™ pavilion for the Turkish national startup delegation at London Tech Week, holding 55 companies. The same Grand Hall rules on rigging, loading and the listed-building restrictions apply to every show in that hall, including Top Drawer.
How much does a Top Drawer stand cost?
The organiser does not publish fixed stand prices or packages; exhibiting is arranged through an apply-to-exhibit process directly with Top Drawer. Our cost depends on your plot size and whether you build in custom wooden construction or on the DUM FLEX™ frame.
Can I reuse the same stand for both editions?
Yes, if it is built to come apart cleanly. A DUM FLEX™ frame built for one edition stores flat and returns for the next with refreshed graphics and product fixtures, rather than being rebuilt from scratch each season.
Do you handle the organiser's stand approval paperwork?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and submissions Top Drawer's organiser requires for stand approval as part of the build, alongside the same process we run for every Olympia show.
