Exhibition Stands: MIPIM

Exhibition Stand Builder for MIPIM

MIPIM runs 16–19 March 2027 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, the world's leading real estate event. We design and build exhibition stands and national pavilions for it in custom wooden construction. Our MIPIM projects: a 175 m² Bespoke shared stand for Emlak Konut in 2025 and a 200 m² Bespoke national pavilion for the Türkiye Pavilion in 2026, each bringing several institutions together under one roof.

Built At MIPIM

Our work at MIPIM

Two consecutive editions, two institutional clients: a 175 m² shared stand for Emlak Konut and three participating institutions in 2025, and a 200 m² national pavilion for the Türkiye Pavilion and eight participating companies in 2026. Open the projects and look at them.

MIPIM

A real estate festival reshaping itself for 2027

MIPIM brings the global real estate community to Cannes to connect capital, people and ideas. 2027 marks what the organiser describes as the event's biggest evolution in 37 years.

More of Cannes, not just the Palais

The Palais des Festivals stays at the centre of MIPIM, but 2027 adds new destinations across the city: a Tech & AI Hub at the Gray d'Albion Hotel and a Luxury Living & Branded Residences destination at the JW Marriott Beach. Housing Matters! moves fully into the main programme and opens the event on the Tuesday morning.

Who is in the room

The organiser's 2026 figures put more than 20,000 delegates on site, from 90 countries, with over 5,000 investors on site, and C-level attendees making up 80% of the room. Figures the organiser publishes after each edition, not a guarantee for 2027.

International pavilions sit at the centre

Palais Central (formerly Palais -1) hosts the major international pavilions — among them Albania, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Iceland, Japan, Portugal, Romania, Spain and the USA — alongside the Geostrategies Stage. The Türkiye Pavilion sits in this same layer of the show.

Institutional Stands

Built to carry more than one organisation at once

Neither of our MIPIM projects was a single-company stand. Both briefs asked for one coherent architectural identity to hold several institutions at the same time, each needing its own visible presence inside it.

Emlak Konut, 2025: four identities, one environment

A 175 m² Bespoke stand led by Emlak Konut also hosted İLBANK, EKA Elevator and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of Türkiye. Warm material tones, integrated lighting and a consistent architectural framework connected the individual presentation areas, while digital screens and open lounge seating supported meetings and hospitality for all four participants.

Türkiye Pavilion, 2026: a national presence for eight companies

A 200 m² Bespoke chalet, developed with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of Türkiye, gave eight participating companies individual presentation areas inside one national identity. A deep blue and gold exterior and a large-format LED media wall established the pavilion as a visual landmark along its frontage.

One team, accountable for the whole build

Both projects ran end to end under one team: design, technical and venue coordination, production, participant graphics, digital display integration, logistics, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling. For a brief that has to hold three, four or eight organisations inside one footprint, a single point of accountability is usually what makes the shared-stand model work.

The Venue

Palais des Festivals, on La Croisette

MIPIM's address does not change between editions, even as the programme around it grows.

A fixed address, a growing footprint

The Palais des Festivals sits at 1 Boulevard de la Croisette, Cannes — a short walk from the train station and around 30 minutes from Nice airport. Exhibition space at MIPIM has run to over 18,700 m² across roughly 300 stands and more than 2,500 exhibiting companies in recent editions, with 2027 extending the footprint into new destinations elsewhere in Cannes rather than replacing the Palais.

Production

Managed from London, built for Cannes

A stand for the Palais des Festivals does not need to be designed on-site to be built right.

Design, your technical drawings and your venue submissions originate in London, the same as every project we take on. Production for a French show like MIPIM runs through a controlled workshop in the region, so a build doesn't carry an unnecessary freight leg, and our project manager travels from HQ to be on site for the build. Our about page covers how that network is structured across London, Europe and the Gulf.

Questions

Exhibiting at MIPIM: the questions we get asked

When and where is MIPIM 2027?

16–19 March 2027, at the Palais des Festivals, 1 Boulevard de la Croisette, Cannes.

What is MIPIM?

MIPIM is the world's leading real estate event, bringing together investors, developers, cities and property professionals in Cannes each year to connect capital, people and projects.

Have you built a stand at MIPIM before?

Yes. A 175 m² Bespoke shared stand for Emlak Konut in 2025, and a 200 m² Bespoke national pavilion for the Türkiye Pavilion in 2026.

Can you build a stand that holds several organisations at once?

Yes, it's what both our MIPIM projects were: one architectural identity holding multiple institutions, each with its own visible presence, under a single build.

Do you produce the stand in the UK and ship it to Cannes?

No. Design and project management run from London, but production runs through a controlled workshop in the region, so the build doesn't travel further than it has to.

Can you build a national or institutional pavilion for MIPIM?

Yes. The Türkiye Pavilion is exactly that: a government-led national presence for eight companies, designed, produced and run on-site by one team.
