Cityscape Global runs 16–19 November 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center, Saudi Arabia. We design and build exhibition stands for it in custom wooden construction, produced through our own controlled workshop in Riyadh rather than freighted in. Our work on that floor: a 270 m² double-decker pavilion for Emlak Konut, built to bring 12 Turkish construction companies onto the show floor under one shared identity.

A 270 m² double-decker pavilion for Emlak Konut: a shared architectural and visual identity built to carry 12 participating Turkish construction companies on one show floor, with an open ground level for public project presentations and model displays and a private upper level for business meetings. A pavilion built to carry more than one brand
Emlak Konut's brief was not a single-company stand. It was a shared presence for Emlak Konut and 12 participating Turkish construction companies, all on one plot, all needing to be seen as individuals within it.
Two levels, two jobs
The pavilion went double-decker to give the brief room to breathe: an open ground floor for public project presentations, architectural model displays and hospitality, and a private upper level for the business meetings a real-estate show generates. Large-format LED screens and illuminated brand elements carried visibility across the hall, while dedicated model-display points gave each participating company its own place to present within the shared space.
One team, start to finish
We ran the project end to end: design development, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics, LED integration, logistics, installation, on-site project management and dismantling. The result presented Emlak Konut and the participating companies as one coherent Turkish real-estate presence, while still giving each company its own platform for project communication, hospitality and meetings.
Three ways to exhibit, one of them bespoke
Cityscape Global sells three stand formats, and only one of them is a blank canvas.
Space-Only: your own contractor, your own design
The organiser's Space-Only package is an empty footprint from 18 m², built out by a contractor of your choosing. This is where we work: a fully bespoke stand in custom wooden construction, designed around your brand, your projects and how visitors move through the space, rather than a shell someone else designed. Space-Only exhibitors also work within the organiser's own Better Stands framework, which covers quality, safety, time efficiency and sustainability.
The organiser's shell scheme package and the Start-Up Pod
The organiser also sells a fitted shell scheme package (9–36 m², with walls, branding, furniture, lighting and power included) and a Start-Up Pod for emerging companies, both built and managed by the organiser's own contractor rather than an independent one. If your plot is Space-Only, or you are weighing it against a shell package, tell us the size and we will tell you what a custom wooden build gets you that a shell package doesn't.
Production runs from our Riyadh workshop, not a freight container
A stand for Riyadh does not need to cross a continent to get there.
Design, your technical drawings and your venue submissions originate in London, the same as every project we take on. Production for a Cityscape Global stand runs through our own controlled workshop in Saudi Arabia, built specifically for the Kingdom's exhibition calendar, and our project manager travels from HQ to be on site for the build. That keeps the answer to a build-week problem minutes away rather than a flight away.
Visas are required for every attendee at Cityscape Global, exhibitors included, so we build the paperwork lead time into the project schedule rather than leaving it to the week of the show. The venue sits roughly 30 km from King Khalid International Airport, and the organiser recommends business-formal or smart-casual dress, in keeping with local custom.

Can you build a stand for multiple companies sharing one pavilion?
Yes, it's exactly what we built for Emlak Konut: a shared architectural identity for 12 participating companies, each with its own presentation point, inside one 270 m² footprint.
Do we need a visa to exhibit?
Yes. Cityscape Global requires a valid visa for all attendees, including exhibitors, sponsors and speakers. We factor that lead time into the project schedule so it isn't a last-minute scramble.
Do you produce the stand in the UK and ship it to Riyadh?
No. Design and project management run from London, but production runs through our own controlled workshop in Saudi Arabia, built for the Kingdom's exhibition calendar, so the build doesn't travel further than it has to.
