Exhibition Stand Builder for London Build Expo
London Build Expo runs 25–26 November 2026 at ExCeL London – its first year there after a decade at Olympia, and the first time it runs alongside the co-located elementalLONDON show. We build exhibition stands for construction-sector exhibitors at ExCeL, in custom wooden construction or on our DUM FLEX™ frame. Our closest venue evidence is a 45 m² DUM FLEX stand for EKA Elevator at UK Construction Week London, also at ExCeL.

The organiser calls 2026 a new era: a new venue, a first-time co-location with elementalLONDON, and two features that did not exist at the 2025 show.
A different hall means different build rules
Ten years of Olympia experience – loading docks, hall heights, rigging sign-off – resets at ExCeL London. The venue publishes its own build rules independently of the organiser's move: rigging, vehicle booking and the complex-structure file for anything taller or heavier than a standard shell. Our ExCeL London page covers them in full.
The organiser has also added a Start-Up Zone for newer companies and a Careers Hub alongside the main show floor – neither existed at the 2025 edition – on top of the first-time co-location with elementalLONDON, the sustainability and building-services show launched in 2025.
The conference programme runs sustainability, fire safety and MMC – the stand should speak that language
London Build Expo's stages cover sustainability, AI & digital construction, fire safety, health & safety and Modern Methods of Construction. A stand built to a generic trade-show brief looks out of place next to that content.
Product graphics and lit branding over open display space
Our 45 m² DUM FLEX™ stand for EKA Elevator at UK Construction Week London, also at ExCeL, used illuminated branding and product graphics rather than open floor space to communicate a technical product fast to a passing visitor. For a construction-sector exhibitor without a physical product on the stand – software, services, a materials sample – the same approach (lit panels, a digital screen, one clear message) does more work than an empty stand with a large logo.
Free entry brings the volume; the stand's job is to earn a second look
Visitor entry to London Build Expo is free, so footfall is high and seniority is mixed – from students to procurement directors.
A stand that reads before someone stops walking
With free entry pulling a high-volume, mixed crowd, a stand earns a second look in the few seconds it takes to pass it: lit branding, one clear product graphic and a visible call to action do that; a wall of text does not. The organiser also runs Meet the Buyer sessions connecting exhibitors with procurement teams, so a stand built to support a follow-up conversation, not just a drive-by look, pays off twice. We plan the graphic hierarchy and a small meeting point at the drawing stage, not as an afterthought once the stand is built.
Different buyers want a different two minutes
An architect, a contractor and a procurement lead stopping at the same stand are not looking for the same conversation. We separate an open demo or graphic point from a smaller meeting area on the same footprint, so a longer technical conversation can run without stopping the stand for everyone else walking past.
A new venue and a two-day show leave no time to learn ExCeL on site
Brief and design run remotely, on calls scheduled around your hours, with 3D visuals before you commit.
Design and approvals
Our workshop builds the structure and our project manager files whatever ExCeL's complex-structure rules require for this first year at the venue, rigging included.
Install and both show days
The same crew installs and is on site for both show days, so the stand that opens Wednesday morning is still the one standing on Thursday afternoon.

When and where is London Build Expo 2026?
Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 November 2026, at ExCeL London – its first year at this venue after a decade at Olympia.
What is London Build Expo?
The UK's construction, design and building-services show, covering sustainability, fire safety, AI & digital construction and Modern Methods of Construction, among other topics. The organiser's own figures for 2026 range from 25,000+ to 45,000+ visitors and 450+ to 650-plus exhibitors, running for the first time alongside the co-located elementalLONDON show.
What is elementalLONDON?
A show dedicated to energy, performance and sustainability in the built environment, launched in 2025. From 2026 it runs alongside London Build Expo at ExCeL London under one roof, rather than as a separate ticket or hall.
Have you built at London Build Expo before?
Our closest evidence is a 45 m² DUM FLEX™ stand we built for EKA Elevator at UK Construction Week London, also at ExCeL London – the same venue and a closely related construction-sector show.
We don't have a physical product to display – is a stand still worth it?
Yes. For software, services or materials-sample exhibitors, lit branding, a product graphic and a digital screen communicate faster to a passing visitor than open floor space with a logo – the approach we used for EKA Elevator's technical product at the same venue.
Do you handle ExCeL's build approvals for a first-year show?
Yes. Our project manager files whatever ExCeL's complex-structure rules require for your stand, rigging included, independent of whichever organiser is running the show that week.
