GITEX Global runs 7–11 December 2026 across two Dubai venues: a one-day Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre, then the four-day GITEX GLOBAL Expo at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. We design and build exhibition stands for it in custom wooden construction, produced through our own controlled workshop in Dubai rather than freighted in. Our work on that floor: an 85 m² Bespoke pavilion for Turcorn 100, built for the 2025 edition at Dubai World Trade Centre to bring 22 Turkish startups onto the show floor under one shared identity.

A pavilion built to carry twenty-two startups
Turcorn 100's brief was not a single-company stand. It was a shared floor for 22 Turkish startups, each needing visible representation inside one 85 m² footprint, alongside a presentation stage, meeting settings and the operational back-of-house space a shared pavilion actually runs on.
One identity, many companies
A strong pink-and-white visual system carried the Turcorn 100 identity across the whole pavilion while still giving each participating startup its own point of visibility. Large digital display surfaces and a central presentation stage gave the group a shared focal point for pitches and content, open lounge seating handled casual conversation, and more enclosed meeting settings gave founders and visitors somewhere private to talk business.
One team, start to finish
We ran the programme end to end: design, technical and venue coordination, production, participant branding, presentation-stage and digital-display integration, logistics, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling. Kitchen and storage space sat behind the visitor-facing environment, kept out of sight but built into the same footprint. For 22 companies sharing one stand, one team accountable for the whole build is usually what makes the shared-pavilion model work at all.
One show, two venues in 2026
GITEX Global does not sit in one building. The 2026 edition splits into two parts, on two different sites, and knowing which one your stand belongs to is the first thing to check.
Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo at Expo City Dubai
The 2026 edition opens with a one-day GITEX Summit on 7 December at Dubai World Trade Centre, then the four-day GITEX GLOBAL Expo, the exhibition floor where stands are built, runs 8–11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. That is the venue split that matters for exhibitors: your stand goes to Expo City Dubai, not Dubai World Trade Centre.
2025 was a different footprint again
Our Turcorn 100 project was built for the 2025 edition, which the organiser's own record describes as spanning two venues that year, Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour, across more than 40 halls. We say this plainly rather than smooth it over: the 2025 pavilion was at Dubai World Trade Centre; the 2026 exhibition floor is at Expo City Dubai. It's a new venue for us, not a repeat booking, and we plan the build accordingly rather than assuming last year's logistics still apply.
Who a stand at GITEX Global is actually built for
GITEX Global bills itself as the world's largest tech and AI show, and the scale behind that claim is what a stand here has to compete against.
A tech-sector floor, not a general trade fair
The organiser's official registration groups exhibitors into AI, cybersecurity, digital cities, digital finance, education, future health, IoT/big data/cloud, sustainable tech, telecoms and connectivity, and Web3/gaming. The 2025 edition, its 45th, drew more than 6,800 exhibitors, 2,000 startups and 1,200 investors, with delegations from over 180 countries. The organiser has not yet republished these figures for the 2026 edition at its new venue, so we quote them as the previous edition's scale, not a promise for this one.
On a floor built around global tech enterprises and government delegations, a shared startup pavilion needs a strong, consistent identity to read as one presence rather than 22 separate stalls, which is exactly the brief the Turcorn 100 pavilion was designed to answer.
Built from London, produced in Dubai
A stand for Expo City Dubai does not need to cross a continent to get there.
Design, your technical drawings and your venue submissions originate in London, the same as every project we take on. Production for a GITEX Global stand runs through our own controlled workshop in Dubai, built for Gulf shows so a build doesn't carry a long-haul freight leg, and our project manager travels from HQ to be on site for every international build. We design to the venue confirmed for the edition you are booked into.
Can you build a stand for multiple companies sharing one pavilion?
Yes, it's exactly what we built for Turcorn 100: a shared identity for 22 startups, each with its own visibility, inside one 85 m² footprint, plus a presentation stage and meeting space the whole group used.
Do you produce the stand in the UK and ship it to Dubai?
No. Design and project management run from London, but production runs through our own controlled workshop in Dubai, built for the Gulf's exhibition calendar, so the build doesn't travel further than it has to.
