A startup show inside MWC week
4YFN Barcelona is not a standalone fair. It runs alongside MWC Barcelona, same week, same site, with its own entrance, its own programme and its own audience of founders, investors and corporates.
One week, one site, two shows
4YFN and MWC Barcelona share Fira Gran Via and the first week of March, with 4YFN keeping its own entrance (Hall 8 in recent editions). The organiser reported 105,000+ combined MWC and 4YFN attendees and 1,000+ 4YFN startups and exhibitors for the 2026 edition — figures the organiser publishes after each edition, not a guarantee for 2027.
Who actually walks the floor
The organiser's own 2026 figures put more than €70bn in investor funds represented on site, 700+ curated meetings (over 60% of them directly between startups and investors) and 2,600 media and industry analysts. Exhibitors range from early-stage startups and scale-ups to corporates, public entities and university spin-offs, each there for a different outcome — funding, partnerships, scouting or coverage.
Exhibit or sponsor — two different things
4YFN offers two separate routes in: exhibiting on the show floor with your own stand or pavilion, or sponsoring a track, stage or branded activation. A pavilion like Turcorn 100's sits under the exhibit route; sponsorship is a parallel, separately booked programme with the organiser.
A pavilion built to carry twenty-five startups
Turcorn 100's brief was not a single-company stand. It was a shared floor for 25 Turkish startups, each needing visible representation inside one 75 m² footprint, alongside open networking space and private meeting rooms.
One identity, many companies
A circular illuminated entrance became the pavilion's defining architectural feature, framing views into the shared meeting environment beyond it. Red and black Turcorn 100 graphics, large digital display surfaces and integrated participant branding connected the 25 individual startups into one recognisable presence, while private meeting rooms, a kitchen and storage sat behind the visitor-facing areas.
One team, start to finish
We ran the programme end to end: design, technical and venue coordination, production, participant graphics, digital display integration, logistics, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling. For 25 companies sharing one stand, one team accountable for the whole build is usually what makes the shared-pavilion model work at all.
Hall 8, inside Fira Gran Via
4YFN has its own entrance and its own show-within-a-show identity, but it sits inside the same venue as MWC Barcelona, and that shapes how a stand there gets built.

4YFN's own entrance was at Hall 8 of Fira Gran Via for the 2026 edition, and we expect the same for 2027. The organiser allocates exhibition positions on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising the best-located spots for early applicants — a reason to lock in your space and your build early rather than close to the date.
Managed from London, built for the European show calendar
A stand for Fira Gran Via does not need to be designed on-site to be built right.
Design, your technical drawings and your venue submissions originate in London, the same as every project we take on. Production for a European show like 4YFN Barcelona runs through a controlled workshop in the region, so a build doesn't carry an unnecessary freight leg, and our project manager travels from HQ to be on site for every international build.
