Exhibition Stands: Arabian Travel Market

Exhibition Stand Builder for Arabian Travel Market

Arabian Travel Market (ATM) runs 3–6 May 2027 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together travel leaders, airlines, hotel groups and tourism boards from across the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and beyond. We design and build exhibition stands for it in custom wooden construction, produced through our own controlled workshop in the region rather than freighted in. Our work on that floor: a 130 m² open-lobby bespoke stand for Regnum Hotels, built around visibility and hospitality instead of closed meeting rooms.

Built At Arabian Travel Market

Our work at Arabian Travel Market

A 130 m² open-lobby bespoke stand for Regnum Hotels: a floating illuminated canopy, layered planting and an integrated bar, built to read as an open resort lobby inside the hall. Open the project and look at it.

Hospitality On The Show Floor

A stand that reads like an open hotel lobby

Regnum Hotels came to ATM to be felt as much as seen. The brief ruled out enclosed meeting rooms and asked for the atmosphere of the brand itself.

Visibility over enclosure

A floating illuminated canopy formed the stand's landmark from the aisle, with dark stone surfaces, warm timber detailing and layered planting carrying a resort-inspired material language across the full 130 m². An integrated bar and several open lounge settings replaced the usual rows of meeting desks, so conversations happened in the open instead of behind a wall.

One team, start to finish

We ran the project end to end: design development, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics, lighting, logistics, installation, on-site hospitality operations and dismantling. The same brand has since returned for further bespoke stands with us at ITB Berlin and WTM London, so the ATM build sits inside a wider pattern of repeat work rather than a one-off.

Stand Options

Three ways onto the ATM floor, one of them bespoke

ATM's own exhibitor process lists three stand routes, and only one of them starts from a blank footprint.

The organiser's Space Only option provides the floor area only; design and construction are the exhibitor's responsibility, with build plans submitted for the organiser's approval against venue regulations. This is where we work: a fully bespoke stand in custom wooden construction, shaped around your brand and how visitors move through it, rather than a fitted shell someone else designed.

ATM also sells ready-made shell and furniture packages, and a separate organiser-run bespoke build service for exhibitors who want the organiser to handle construction directly. If your plot is Space Only, or you are still weighing it against a shell package, tell us the size and the brief and we will tell you what a custom wooden build gets you that a shell package doesn't.

Building For Dubai

Production runs through our own controlled workshop in the region

A stand for the Dubai World Trade Centre does not need to cross a continent to get there.

Design in London, production in the region

Design, your technical drawings and your venue submissions originate in London, the same as every project we take on. Production for an Arabian Travel Market stand runs through our own controlled workshop in the region, with a local team handling the build and our project managers travelling from London to be on site. That keeps build-week decisions close by rather than a flight away.

Exhibiting from outside the UAE

ATM draws exhibitors and attendees from over 150 countries, so most of the brands we build for here are not based in the UAE. Brief and design calls run remotely, scheduled around your hours, with everything resolved before the team lands for the build.

Questions

Exhibiting at Arabian Travel Market: the questions we get asked

When and where is Arabian Travel Market 2027?

3–6 May 2027, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Dubai, UAE. Dates and venue are published by the organiser, RX, on wtm.com/atm.

How big is Arabian Travel Market?

The organiser's published figures: 55,000+ total attendance, 57,869 confirmed meetings, 2,800+ exhibitors and 6,600+ buyers from over 150 countries. Figures for the 2027 edition are published by RX on wtm.com/atm as they are confirmed.

Have you built a stand at Arabian Travel Market before?

Yes. We built a 130 m² open-lobby bespoke stand for Regnum Hotels at the 2025 edition, with a floating illuminated canopy, planted edges and an integrated bar in place of enclosed meeting rooms.

What's the difference between Space Only and the organiser's shell scheme package?

Space Only gives you the floor area only, built out by a contractor of your choosing — this is where a bespoke, custom wooden stand happens. The organiser's shell and furniture package is a ready-made option with walls, furniture and lighting included, and ATM also offers a separate organiser-run build service for exhibitors who want the organiser to construct the stand directly.

Do you produce the stand in the UK and ship it to Dubai?

No. Design and project management run from London, but production runs through our own controlled workshop in the region, so the build doesn't travel further than it has to.

Can you design around a hospitality or lobby-style brief rather than a standard booth layout?

Yes — it's exactly what the Regnum Hotels stand was: an open, resort-inspired layout built for atmosphere and informal conversation over rows of enclosed meeting rooms.
