Exhibition Stands: INTA

Exhibition Stand Builder for the INTA Annual Meeting

The INTA Annual Meeting is the International Trademark Association's flagship conference for trademark owners, law firms and brand professionals. We build exhibition stands for it: a 54 m² DUM FLEX technology stand for Questel at the 2026 edition in London, built around a central digital surface and two interactive screens for live software demonstrations. The 2027 edition moves to San Diego.

INTA Annual Meeting

An IP community of over ten thousand that rarely meets in the same city twice

The International Trademark Association runs its Annual Meeting every spring, and the host city changes most years.

Scale

INTA's own figures for the 2027 Annual Meeting put registration above 10,000, including more than 1,000 corporate attendees, with professionals represented from over 140 jurisdictions. Its organiser describes the event as the largest intellectual property gathering in the world — figures the organiser publishes for its own event, not a guarantee for every edition.

The Innovation Marketplace

INTA gives its exhibit hall its own name, the Innovation Marketplace, and positions it for demonstrations and direct business development rather than a static trade-fair aisle. That framing suits a stand built around something a visitor can interact with, not just a branded backdrop.

A Floating Address

Where INTA lands changes most years

2026 put the Annual Meeting in London, at ExCeL — where our Questel project sat. 2027 moves it to the San Diego Convention Center, on the US west coast. Where INTA lands in a given year is fixed years in advance by the organiser; where your stand gets built does not have to follow the same geography.

Our Work At INTA

A 54 m² stand built for live product demonstration

Our INTA project was for a software company, and the brief was to show the product working, not just name it.

Questel, 2026: a technology stand, not a lobby stand

Questel needed a visible setting for digital product communication, software demonstrations and business discussions, while keeping an open, accessible frontage on the show floor. The 54 m² DUM FLEX stand we built centred on a large digital surface as the main communication focus, supported by two interactive screens positioned for one-to-one demos. A suspended circular Questel sign carried long-range visibility, and open lounge seating and high-table discussion points gave the team flexible settings for different conversations. Storage sat integrated behind the public-facing environment, out of sight.

One team, start to finish

Design, technical and venue coordination, production, graphics and AV coordination, logistics, installation, on-site exhibition operations, hospitality management and dismantling ran under one Dum Event team. For a technology brief where screens, demo stations and signage all have to work together on the day, a single point of accountability is what keeps the pieces from arriving as separate problems.

Wherever It Lands

A different host city most years, the same build process

Design and project management do not move just because the show does.

London keeps the project

Design, your technical drawings and venue submissions run from our London team on every project we take on, wherever the Annual Meeting is held that year.

Production follows the edition

For an edition inside our existing production network — mainland Europe or the Gulf — manufacturing runs through a controlled regional workshop, the same model behind our stands in Germany and Saudi Arabia, with a Dum Event project manager travelling to be on site for the build. For an edition further out, like the 2027 San Diego Annual Meeting, the right production route is assessed project by project. Our about page covers how the network is structured today; talk to us about what a specific edition would need.
